One thing is certain: There is no such thing as one type of waste. Material flows can be incredibly diverse in our globalized world. At the same time, the requirements that processors place on secondary raw materials are becoming increasingly complex. At IFAT 2022, the recycling specialist from Ilsfeld will be exhibiting two large shredders at once – the FineCut 3000 single-shaft secondary shredder and a new primary shredder with twin-shaft technology. The WEIMA M8.28 pre-shredder will celebrate its big premiere in Munich.

WEIMA FineCut 3000 single-shaft shredder
Sometimes small things come from large machines! The smaller the particle size, the higher the resale value. The FineCut is the ideal secondary shredder for multi-stage systems. Due to its higher rotor speeds, this machine is capable of high throughput. The fine particle size of the shredded material is ideal for the creation of high-quality RDF.
WEIMA M8.28 twin-shaft shredder
The WEIMA M8.28 shredder with twin-shaft technology is ideal for use as a pre-shredder. It is characterized by high throughput rates and shreds a wide variety of material streams for further processing, for example sorting or separation.
