The WEIMA E.200 drainage press simplifies product destruction and recycling while enhancing quality control. Drain and compress damaged, out-of-spec, or under-filled cans, bottles, containers, or pouches into recyclable discs in a single step. There are three hopper designs so you can choose how you feed the machine. Feed it by hand, bulk feed it, or place it next to a conveyor belt the production line where rejects can fall in without any handling. The dual-feed version of the machine comes mounted on casters, so integrating it into place within an existing canning line is a seamless process.
For larger volumes, WEIMA offers larger versions of this drainage press, like the WEIMA G.200 and WEIMA G.300!
These machines work similarly: the compression of the materials drains the contents from them while a compact disk is made. These resulting disks are ejected from the machine in diameters of either 200mm or 300mm. The materials can then be effectively stored and/or recycled!
