Neil Poissant joins the WEIMA sales force as the Briquette Press Coordinator.
WEIMA believes that innovation and expansion are necessary to stay relevant in an ever-changing economy. The current demand for briquetting capabilities, specifically in the metals industry, has enabled WEIMA to add to their sales team once again!
Neil Poissant has joined the WEIMA America team as the Briquette Sales Coordinator. He brings 25 years of engineering experience to the group. A Virginia native, Poissant graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on manufacturing. He has spent much of his career in the HVAC and machine tooling industries, but is excited to bring that wealth of knowledge to the various size reduction markets. The Briquette Sales Coordinator role will focus primarily on briquetting alloys such as aluminum, titanium, magnesium, and brass.
“I’m excited to join the WEIMA team,” says Poissant. “I enjoy the process of finding specific solutions to help customers reach their goals. It’s very rewarding!” WEIMA offers custom briquetting machinery for the wood, paper, metals, and biomass industries.
